Welcome to the Lake
Close your eyes for a moment. Imagine you are standing by a moonlit lake. The water is calm. The moon is shining on the surface.
Take a slow breath in through your nose.
Let it out gently through your mouth.
Undine, the spirit of water, is here with you.
She speaks in a voice that sounds like soft ripples.
Lake Practice – From Tight to Soft
Sit or stand comfortably.
Tighten your shoulders and arms. Hold your breath for a moment.
Notice how heavy, tight, and stuck it feels. Now let your shoulders drop.
Let your arms hang loose.
Take a slow breath in, slow breath out.
Undine whispers: “See how your body feels softer when you let go. This is water magic. You are learning to release instead of hold.”

Ocean Tides – Swimming With the Flow
Now imagine you are in the ocean. The water moves in toward you, then out again. In, then out, like your breath.
The undine says:
“When you fight the tide, the water pushes back and you feel tired. When you move with the tide, the sea helps you. It carries you.”
Try this with your breath:
Breathe in and imagine the tide coming in.
Breathe out and imagine the tide going out.
Repeat three times, gently.
You are not forcing the water. You are listening and moving with it.
Your Water Wisdom
Place a hand on your heart.
Take one last slow breath.
Undine gives you a secret: “You do not have to fight every moment. Some moments are here to help you float. When you feel tight inside, remember the lake, remember the tide, and choose to soften.”
Ask yourself:
“Where in my life can I float or flow instead of fight?”
